Arrests Made in Connection with Dead Infant Found in Hollywood, Florida

A man and woman have been arrested in connection with the discovery of a dead infant in a trash bin in Hollywood, Florida. They are facing charges for failure to report a death and illegal disposal of a body. The baby boy was found by a roofing company worker with an umbilical cord still attached.
