Illegal Alien Accused of Killing Washington State Trooper

The suspect, Raul Benitez Santana from Mexico, had multiple run-ins with the law, including prior arrests for driving without a license, having marijuana, and domestic violence. Despite being an illegal alien, he was not turned over to ICE due to sanctuary policies. The judge lowered his bail from $1 million to $100,000.
