Transgender Athlete Competing in Women's Water Polo Championship

A transgender athlete is set to compete in a national women's water polo championship for the second time. The athlete, Alicia Paans, is a 31-year-old graduate student at Michigan Wolverines. The tournament will take place at Texas A&M.
