Former President Donald Trump's sentencing in his hush money criminal case has been indefinitely adjourned by a New York Judge. Trump's lawyers are preparing to dismiss the case, arguing that evidence used should not have been introduced and the incoming president cannot be prosecuted. Prosecutors are ready to fight the dismissal. Trump was convicted of 34 felony counts of falsified business records, being the first former or sitting U.S. president to be convicted of criminal charges.
