A fifth migrant caravan of around 1,500 people has set out from the southern border of Mexico aiming to reach the United States before Trump takes office. Mexico is preparing for possible deportations and has managed to reduce migrant arrivals by 75% in the last year. The majority of people in the caravan come from Venezuela, with citizens from other countries as well.
