Amazon MGM Studios has purchased the film rights to Kevin Gallagher’s biography of Tiger Woods, with Barack and Michelle Obama’s production company Higher Ground in talks to produce the film. Tiger Woods recently had surgery to repair a torn Achilles tendon, ending his streak of 24 consecutive Masters appearances. Woods also recently announced the death of his mother, Kutilda Woods.
